One of our club’s most popular Tennis programs Cardio Tennis is a great way to have fun, stay fit and be active all while playing Tennis.
No Tennis experience is necessary as the main focus is on working up a sweat not tennis playing ability.
Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:30pm
Thursday: 6:30 – 7:30pm
Saturday: 8:00 – 9:00am
